I was ready to invest in an off-plan investment opportunity recently in Turkey. I had initially been interested in this as an investment as I had been told by a few friends that there were extremely high dividends to be reaped.Further to this I was always thinking that owning a place in the sun would be superb, a dream to have a getaway place.I rasied some money releasing funds from my pension scheme and was looking to invest around 50k in a property - not a lot, but enough in some areas.Choosing the country was difficult but I found something in Turkey which suited.

People not quite at full retirement age can release funds from their pensions in a process called pension release.It is, in many cases, a fool hardy proces as it means often receiving less money inthe long run.However as we lose faith in institutions, lose trust in the banks and see our most trustd officials ripping us off we can be forgiven in  grabbing at what is available and spending it on having a bit of fun. So if you are over 50 and don’t have an unlimited expenses account, cash in your pension fund and spend it.
